What I believe in
I believe in craft. I believe in care. I love learning and expanding my skillset, but web design is my home. I try to understand who the user is, their needs, and how we can best get them from Point A to Point B by reducing friction.
There are many talented people out there, but I take pride in being described as “a delight to work with” so often. Soft skills and emotional intelligence are often underrated assets in the workplace, but they can truly make a difference in the long run.
I am a natural collaborator who believes that interdisciplinary teams and a strong culture deliver more impactful results. I put the customer first and use research and experience to create successful experiences.
Why me?
What really impressed me about Anthropic is the dedication to creating an AI future that is responsible and safe. Like all technologies, AI all depends on the people who are using it and how they are using it.
I am a values driven designer (and person). Having the opportunity to join the team as a brand designer on the web experience team would be a great use of my skills and values.
I love being on the cutting edge. I’m a tinkerer by nature and always curious about new tech. AI is absolutely fascinating to me and I’ve been utilizing it throughout my workflows. Playing a role in the growth of this exciting field would be deeply rewarding.
